Youth
At the Vine Christian Centre we believe that God has placed enormous potential in our young people. Our youth are a vibrant and vital part of the church. We believe God is using the Vine as a centre for equipping and sending out young people to share the gospel around the world.
Over the past few years a number of our youth have taken a gap year in countries including India, Kenya, USA, South Africa and Thailand. As a church we have committed to support them with prayer and finances.
Our young people are involved in almost all aspects of church life and ministry, including the worship team, childrens church and serving at church events.
Since 2009 the Vine has worked in partnership with local churches and First West Church, Louisiana, USA to bring a message of hope and life to the youth of Bridgend. During the summer mission of 2010 we sent teams to a number of schools in the county to engage young people in music and to share the love of Jesus.
